Frontlines feels privileged to have formed strong relationships with partners to help transform our community. We believe that partnership allows Frontlines to draw on expertise and extend resources to better serve our community, resulting in more children and youth served!

Macaulay Child Development Centre

Macaulay Child Development Centre,Macaulay promotes the optimal development of children in partnership with their family and community. Macaulay programs share a common commitment to prevention, early intervention and inclusion of children with special needs. Frontlines partners with Macaulay provides excellent homework clubs for Weston’s children.


Youth Unlimited GTA

Youth Unlimited has been providing support and some staffing since Frontlines began in 1987. Their assistance has been integral to our growth and success. located just across the street at Weston Road and Lawrence.


Toronto Community Police Liaison Committee (CPLC)

Partnering with our local police is very valuable in overcoming the negative stereotypes that can develop into fear and distrust. As with all things, we hope to encourage justice and build trust.


W.A.E.S

Frontlines shares its location with Weston’s food bank, or W.A.E.S (Weston Area Emergency Support), which is located in the rear portion of our building. W.A.E.S. is supported by several area churches, and also receives food donations from the North York Harvest Food Bank. WAES relies entirely on volunteers.


Weston Park Baptist Church

Weston Park Baptist Church, located just across the street at Weston Road and Lawrence, was the key in launching Frontlines and continues to generously provide Frontlines with our facilities as well as partnering financially. We are blessed to have such strong roots.


York West Active Living Centre

York West Active Living Centre is a non-profit older adult centre offering a wide range of social service, fitness, education, recreation and leisure activities to persons 55 years of age and older and residing in the City of Toronto. Frontlines and YWAL have partnered for intergenerational dance programs, gardening projects and billiards clients.


Along with these core partners, we also have important relationships with the Weston Business community – the Westonvillage BIA, Shoppers Drug Mart, Ward Funeral Home – as well as community groups, including the Community Police Liaison Committee, Weston Lions Club, and UrbanArts.

Along with these core partners, we also have strong relationships with the Weston Business community – the Weston BIA, Eglinton Hills Business Improvement Area Association, Shoppers Drug Mart, Cruickshank Motors, Ward Funeral Home – as well as community groups, including the Community Police Liaison Committee, Weston Lions Club, and Arts York.
